To ensure your appointment goes smoothly, please bring these items to your DOT exam:
- Valid Driver's License
- Complete medication list including dosages and doctor's names
- Your glasses or contacts and hearing aids that you use while driving
- Any relevant medical records, particularly if you have conditions like diabetes, sleep apnea, heart issues, or neurological disorders, which may require additional documentation from your specialist
- Refrain from all caffeine products and energy drinks for 24 hours prior to the exam and hydrate well with water.
