I am Laura Carrie and as Office Manager I will use my previous experience managing complex financial transactions for a mortgage brokerage firm to streamline systems and procedures for all our patients. My aim is to help ease the pain that is often associated with completing the myriad of paperwork which is required by most insurance companies as well as Medicare. My goal is to accurately manage all patient accounts and be available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the processing of any claims by the insurance provider. I will verify all eligibility and benefits for each patient "prior" to them being seen in our office so they are well informed of their out of pocket expense if any.

I am also a Certified Skin Technician and perform anti-aging and acne treatments with great success. I was certified in Dallas at Aesthetics Medical and work efficiently with state of the art anti-aging Micro-Current and Microderm equipment.
